ABOUT US

Hitchin Festival was established in July 1991 as a one week programme of events. Since then it has grown into a month long celebration of the culture and entertainment on offer in Hitchin.

 

Each year the festival promotes a huge variety of events including poetry, art exhibitions, concerts, theatre and kids entertainment.

From 2024 the Festival will be run by Community Interest Company - Hitchin Creative. Find out more about them here.
