BOX OFFICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

FOR ALL HITCHIN FESTIVAL EVENTS

 

  • All Tickets booked through Hitchin Festival are non-refundable
    In the event that the performance cannot take place, refunds will be issued in full (including booking fees).

  • Any requests for refunds are issued at the discretion of the festival team. In this instance no booking fees or donations will be refunded only the face value of the ticket.

  • Hitchin Festival acts as a ticket agent and promoter only and is not responsible for the organisation and management of all festival events so accepts no liability in relation to what happens on the night at those events outside of its control.

FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS IN THE DELL AT WOODSIDE
(OPEN AIR THEATRE)

 

  • The Dell is an open-air venue. Events will go ahead, even with light rain if possible. If heavy rain or other adverse weather forces the event to be cancelled by the organiser’s, refunds will be made in full.

  • No refunds will be given to audiences choosing not to attend due to the weather.

  • All members of the party must be at the entrance before they are admitted. We cannot admit part of a booking.

  • Please be aware there are no chairs in the venue so please bring a blanket or fold out chair. No tables or inflatables please.

  • At present there is minimal provision for food and drink, although this may change closer to the event. Please feel free to bring along snacks and drinks.

  • No glass bottles or containers please.

  • All rubbish must be taken with you on leaving.

  • Due to the nature of the venue, there is limited access for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. Please speak to the box office for more information before booking.

  • No pets allowed
